• Join a UK leading telecommunications business The company is a well-established organisation within the telecoms sector. Job Description • Advise the business on general litigation/property/telecoms issues and general estate management queries, • Analyse legal rights and provide strategic commercially focused advice and/or negotiating (where applicable) with the Site Providers and/or their solicitor, • Deliver excellent legal solutions on target and to budget ensuring external legal spend is effective and efficient, • Manage external lawyers appointed by the company to include approving documentation and ensuring that the external lawyers deliver: (a) agreed strategy, standards and service levels; (b) within defined timescales; (c) to budget; and (d) with added value, and provide reporting / management information as required., • Assist with establishing and constantly improving effective and efficient processes and policies, particularly with regards to leveraging the Electronic Communications Code, • Support and facilitate project activities/deliverables on all sites A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have: • Must be a UK Qualified Solicitor, • 5 to 8 years PQE, • Commercial property or property litigation experience (essential), • Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (essential), • Candidates with private practice and/or in-house experience in the above fields, • Ability to handle large workloads and to adapt and learning new skills, • Excellent Communication, Drafting and Negotiating skills, • Ability to work well and thrive under pressure, • Organised, efficient, enthusiastic and resilient, • Competitive salary of approximately £80,000 to £85,000 per annum., • Performance-based bonus of 12.5%., • Car allowance £5,460, • 10% pension matched up to, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Permanent role offering stability and career growth., • Opportunity to work in a respected medium-sized business services organisation., • Supportive and professional working environment\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
