We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and will work well within a dynamic and fast paced environment, handling multiple tables at any one time. Your main role will be to interact with our guests by taking orders, making recommendations, delivering their food, processing payments and providing anything that they ask for in a timely and effective manner. The Restaurant Inspired by the army mess bars of India, where military regiments go to eat, drink and socialise, Brigadiers accommodates 140 covers internally with a further 34 on an outdoor terrace.
