Job Title: Technical Service Delivery Manager Location: Redhill, UK (Hybrid – Office-based for the first 6 months, then 2 days a week WFH) Who are we recruiting for? A leading, award-winning technology solutions provider specialising in secure satellite communications and defence sector projects, looking for a strong, assured Technical Service Delivery Manager to join their vibrant project delivery team. What will you be doing? • Taking delivery ownership of high-value MOD/defence contracts, driving successful project implementation and service rollouts, • Managing all aspects of project documentation, schedule risk, and contract milestones across multiple portfolios, • Supporting project teams and clients with creative technical solutions and improvements, acting as a key point of contact, • Assisting in bid writing and contract delivery for MOD/government tenders, ensuring robust documentation and outcomes, • Representing the business at major client/project meetings, and coordinating cross-team resources with a determined outcome-focused mindset. Are you the ideal candidate? • Qualified with proven project management experience in MOD or UK government contract delivery, • Strong technical expertise in SATCOMS, electrical/electronic systems, or IT networking (engineering/science degree or substantial military experience – ex-navy/armed forces highly regarded), • Able to obtain or already holding DV clearance – brave and motivated to work within security-sensitive environments, • Improved communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills, with a focus on winning and delivering high-value results, • Experienced problem-solver, thrives under pressure, and inspired to work in a unique, collaborative team.
