Requirements: - Keen to learn new knowledge of property management and relevant legislation. - Become Familiar with property management software - Excellent organisational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - A proactive, self-motivated attitude with great attention to detail. - Experience in residential property management/lettings is preferred, but candidates with a strong customer service background and a passion for property will also be considered. What We Offer: - Salary: £12,000 per annum. - Commission: 10% on both sales and lettings. - Additional Earnings: Paid per inventory report completed. - Career Growth: After 6-month probation, promotion, salary increase, and higher commission rates.
