You'll also have responsibility for guiding a Marketing Executive and coordinating external agencies and creative partners. \n The organisation is looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and motivated by the opportunity to create marketing that has a positive impact on people. \n What will you be responsible for as Marketing Manager? \n\n • Developing and delivering an integrated marketing strategy aligned with wider organisational objectives\n, • Planning and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels\n, • Taking ownership of brand messaging, content and communications\n, • Developing engaging content across social media, email, website and publications\n, • Leading social media strategy and using performance data to continually improve results\n, • Managing digital advertising activity, including paid social and search\n, • Overseeing website content, SEO and conversion activity\n, • Planning marketing campaigns around events and wider initiatives\n, • Developing PR activity and building relationships with relevant external contacts\n, • Using analytics and campaign data to measure performance and shape future activity\n, • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring activity delivers value\n, • Working with external agencies, designers and other creative partners\n, • Managing and supporting a Marketing Executive, providing direction and developing their skills\n, • Identifying new ideas, opportunities and better ways of working across the marketing function\n, • Ensuring everything produced is consistent, engaging and aligned with the organisation's brand\n\n What are we looking for? \n You could currently be working as a Marketing Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Lead and be ready for a role where you can take greater ownership. \n Our client is looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with a practical marketing ability.
