Project Supervisor Clean-Energy project Bradford, UK Permanent Position Join a Landmark Low-Carbon Infrastructure Project. We are unable to support candidates requiring Visa Sponsorship including PSW. Bradford Low Carbon Hydrogen (BLCH) is set to become the UK's largest low-carbon hydrogen production facility-an industry-defining project at the forefront of the nation's energy transition. Backed by government funding through the Hydrogen Allocation Round and delivered by joint-venture partners, the project will produce 12.5 tonnes of hydrogen per day via electrolysis, support more than 125 jobs, and deliver £120m of added value to the Bradford economy. Construction begins in early 2026, with commissioning and hydrogen production scheduled for late 2027. We are seeking an experienced NEC4 Option C Project Supervisor to help ensure the safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery of this first-of-its-kind infrastructure scheme. Role Purpose As the Project Supervisor, you will act independently of the NEC Project Manager to ensure that all construction works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, and in full compliance with the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option C). You will play a vital role in overseeing workmanship, verifying compliance, managing defects, and supporting collaborative, sustainable delivery of a pioneering hydrogen facility. Key Responsibilities Monitor environmental mitigation measures for hydrogen production, storage and distribution systems. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Supervisor, Clerk of Works or similar under NEC3/NEC4, ideally within major infrastructure or energy projects. Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, civil or process engineering-preferably within hydrogen or renewable energy sectors. Solid understanding of NEC4 ECC Option C mechanisms. Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills. Strong commitment to safety, sustainability and quality. Qualifications Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. NEC4 accreditation or formal training (desirable). Membership of a relevant professional body (ICE, IMechE, ICWCI, CIOB). Valid CSCS card and relevant site safety training (SMSTS/SSSTS). Head of Growth – Sustainability / Energy Role: The head of growth will be accountable for the execution of a commercial growth strategy, taking leadership and operational oversight for the development, stakeholder and project management of new pilot schemes from conception to mobilisation and monetisation. Working with the commercial director and growth manager, you will convert the commercial strategy into a long-term plan to secure sustainable income. You will consider all areas of potential growth in terms of products, services and markets to deliver the agreed scale of ambition defined in the business plan. Operations Manager-Northern England (Covering Northumberland, Greater Manchester, North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Nottinghamshire) An amazing opportunity has come through to work for a leading UK charity to support a major service delivery model supporting a government based contract plus some additional initiatives and outreach work across the North of the UK. The ideal candidate will have an engaging leadership style, will be highly organised and provide the support, fun and clarity of communication to ensure the direct reports (4 Managers) feel supported, engaged and able to deliver the work needed to specific SLA's and compliance of this complex government contract. You’ll oversee operations across a regional network of supported accommodation and outreach services. Managing Service Managers and up to 100 staff, you’ll ensure high standards of delivery, compliance, and financial control while also being strategic and support the overall quality of services and operational excellence/Process efficiency. You’ll report to the Head of Operations and manage an annual budget of around £6m. You’ll lead people, monitor performance, develop new service opportunities, and ensure your teams deliver consistently high-quality support. You’ll also contribute to long-term strategic planning and identify opportunities to grow and improve regional services in an operationally efficient way.
