The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Administrator to join our friendly and ambitious lettings team. This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional experience for tenants from application through to move-in. You will be a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams, while also supporting and guiding the lettings administration function across multiple offices. This role offers excellent long-term career development, including fully funded industry qualifications . Role Overview As a Senior Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing tenancy applications, overseeing compliance requirements, preparing tenancy agreements, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the lettings process. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for all tenancy compliance , including EICRs, Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs, Fire Safety, and PAT testing Progress tenancy applications across multiple offices , ensuring accuracy and efficiency Ensure all internal procedures and legal requirements are followed from application through to move-in Prepare, issue, and manage tenancy agreements, primarily via e-signature platforms Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the application process Support and guide the lettings administration team to maintain excellent customer service standards Conduct daily morning meetings to manage workloads and priorities Liaise promptly with the New Business team regarding properties requiring remarketing Provide weekly reporting to the Director of Existing Business on tenancy progression Assist with property management tasks where required Skills & Experience Proven experience in lettings administration or tenancy progression Highly organised with strong attention to detail Motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner Numerate, accurate, and computer literate Strong team player with the ability to support and influence others ARLA qualification preferred (training and funding provided within 612 months if not already qualified) Package & Benefits Salary: £28,000 £32,000 OTE: £35,000 with uncapped commission 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Paid company social events and team activities Extensive training and professional development ARLA exams, qualifications, and membership fully funded Opportunity to grow within a skilled, dynamic, and award-winning team How to Apply If youre an experienced Lettings Administrator looking to step into a senior role within an award-winning agency, we would love to hear from you.
