THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS Operational Strategy & Excellence Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational frameworks, SOPs, and policies that drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence. Continuously benchmark operational standards against industry best practices, ensuring innovation and relevance. Develop and maintain a centralised knowledge base for property teams, enabling consistent execution and rapid onboarding. Supplier & Contract Management Own group-level supplier relationships, ensuring performance against SLAs and commercial targets. Lead strategic sourcing and tendering processes to optimise cost and quality. Monitor market trends to mitigate risk and leverage opportunities for cost control and value creation. Ability to navigate and negotiate contracts. Revenue Growth & Commercial Impact Drive non-room revenue (NRR) initiatives in collaboration with GMs, identifying new monetisation opportunities across the guest journey. Partner with Finance and Revenue teams to enhance profitability through data-driven decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead cost optimisation programmes without compromising brand or service standards. Guest Experience & Brand Integrity Champion a guest-first culture, embedding brand values and service ethos across all touchpoints. Oversee brand audits and quality assurance programmes, ensuring consistency and excellence across the portfolio. Deliver actionable insights to improve guest satisfaction and investor value. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a strategic liaison between Operations and functions including Marketing, HR, IT, and Development. Lead operational input into digital transformation, ESG initiatives, and systems implementation. Influence cross-departmental projects to ensure operational feasibility and long-term scalability. Stakeholder & Ownership Relations Serve as the primary operational contact for ownership groups, delivering transparent, data-led reporting and strategic updates. Align property-level goals with broader business objectives through collaboration with corporate teams. Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as reasonably required will form part of this job description. THE FIRE YOU CARRY Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced certifications in operations, project management, or leadership are advantageous. YOUR PROVEN TRACK Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations. Proven track record of delivering profit enhancing results and operational transformation. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier contracts. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with regular travel. Your Responsibilities • Open and close the kiosk and ensure it is properly prepared for service., • Lead the allocated team during the shift and position staff effectively across serving, tills, food preparation and replenishment duties., • Work alongside the team and lead by example during busy service periods., • Maintain an efficient flow of food from preparation through to customer service., • Liaise with the kitchen and wider management team to replenish food before it runs out, while avoiding unnecessary overproduction and waste., • Maintain strict food-safety, allergen, hygiene, cleaning and labelling standards., • Promote a proactive clean-as-you-go approach and ensure closing cleaning is completed thoroughly., • Complete temperature checks, monitoring forms and other food-safety records accurately., • Monitor stock, cooking levels and wastage throughout the shift., • Operate the till accurately and follow card, cash and ExCeL voucher procedures when required., • Maintain food quality, presentation and portion-control standards., • Deliver friendly customer service and deal with minor customer concerns professionally., • Encourage appropriate recommendations and upselling to help maximise sales., • Report operational, equipment, staffing or compliance concerns promptly to management. Who We Are Looking For You should be: • Experienced in fast food, QSR or another busy food-service environment., • Confident working at pace while maintaining food quality and attention to detail., • Reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility for an outlet during your shift., • Able to give clear instructions and uphold standards while treating colleagues fairly, patiently and respectfully., • Willing to work alongside the team rather than supervise from the sidelines., • Proactive about food safety, cleaning, labelling and completing required records., • Comfortable using tills and carrying out basic stock and numerical tasks., • Flexible enough to work regular weekends and across the Chozen outlets when required., • Physically able to remain standing for extended periods and undertake normal manual-handling duties. Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. We will also consider an experienced and dependable QSR team member who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
