Role Overview • Advise clients across the full spectrum of Real Estate Finance, Fund Finance and Leveraged Finance transactions., • Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents., • Assist in structuring deals and managing legal and commercial complexities., • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth transaction execution., • Maintain close client contact throughout transactions, providing practical, commercially focused advice., • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and client development initiatives. Requirements • England & Wales qualified, with 2–6 PQE across finance-related practice areas., • Strong academic record and proven legal expertise., • Skilled in drafting and negotiation, with excellent attention to detail., • Commercially minded, with strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-border teams under pressure., • Proactive, adaptable and committed to ongoing professional development and client engagement.
