Known for their "hands-on" approach and an enviable reputation in the Industrial and Open Storage (IOS) markets, they represent a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from major institutions, universities, logistic businesses, and plant hire companies. \n\nThey are currently seeking an ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join their close-knit team in West London. This is a high-reward role designed for a proactive individual ready to fast-track their career, pass their APC (Assessment of Professional Competence), and capitalise on a generous commission structure.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nA competitive base salary with a realistic OTE of £60,000+.\n\nWork directly alongside seasoned professionals in a firm with over 30 years of market heritage.\n\nGain specialist exposure to the Industrial Open Storage (IOS) market—one of the most resilient and fast-growing sectors in UK real estate.\n\nWork closely with the partners of the firm assisting with client acquisitions, portfolio disposals, lease renewals, rent reviews and asset / commercial management \n\nNo two days are the same, covering everything from a small retail letting, office acquisition to disposing of an industrial site. \n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be involved in the full lifecycle of commercial agency and acquisition work across the retail, industrial, office, and development sectors in fast paced environment with the opportunity to progress within the firm and family culture. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManaging day-to-day enquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants and purchasers.\n\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with long-standing and new clients, providing expert advice and regular updates.\n\nEnsuring all properties are marketed correctly across platforms, reflecting up-to-date availability and high-quality data.\n\nProducing detailed marketing reports for clients to track interest and disposal progress.\n\nProactively contacting applicants to introduce new opportunities and matching requirements to current stock.\n\nMaintaining the CRM system to ensure all records and lead tracking are accurate and efficient.\n\nAssisting in the sourcing and acquisition of sites for a wide variety of clients, with a particular focus on the booming industrial and open storage sectors.\n\nMeeting new potential clients under guidance and advising and reporting on new potential instructions with a view to winning and generating business. \n\nThe Candidate\n\nA degree in Real Estate or a related RICS-accredited field.\n\nDedicated to passing the APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor\n\nA "can-do" attitude typical of a small, busy firm where everyone gets stuck in.\n\nExcellent verbal and written skills; comfortable picking up the phone and talking to everyone from local business owners to corporate directors.\n\nCompetent with CRM systems and digital marketing tool.\n\nIf you are interested and have the relevant experience, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
