Key Responsibilities: Perform routine vehicle servicing, including oil changes, brake checks, and general maintenance. Conduct in-depth diagnostics to identify faults and issues with vehicle systems. Carry out ECU remapping to enhance vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, and drivability. Use specialized software and tools to diagnose and adjust vehicle parameters. Provide clear explanations and reports to customers regarding issues and work performed. Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service. Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and software updates. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and industry standards. Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and vehicle stock efficiently.
