Surveyors will focus on delivering high-quality assessments rather than high volumes, carrying out just two Level 2 surveys per day or one Level 3 survey, always within their agreed geographical patch. 🚀 Key Responsibilities • Carry out Level 2 residential building surveys with accuracy and attention to detail, • Support occasional Level 3 surveys as required, with full training provided, • Provide clear, professional reports for clients, ensuring high-quality service standards, • Manage your own diary and geographical patch effectively, • Engage with clients and stakeholders in a professional and confident manner, • Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain service excellence, • Keep up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices 🌟 Required Skills and Qualifications • Assoc RICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with VRS (minimum 1 year PQE), • Proven experience in Level 2 building pathology and residential valuation, • Ability to fee earn immediately without the need for additional home survey training, • Strong report writing and communication skills, • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own workload, • Professional approach to client-facing interactions 📦 The Package • Basic salary £50,000 - £60,000, • Bonus £3,000 - £9,000 (dependent on billing), • Car allowance £4,000 plus mileage, • Referral fee scheme, • Ongoing professional development and support for Level 3 survey work
