About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader / Rehabilitation Support Worker to support old male client living in the KT6 area. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT), supporting a young individual with complex needs through a structured rehabilitation pathway. The role focuses on neurorehabilitation and spinal injury support, bridging the transition from hospital to home. You will play a key role in delivering tailored care plans, promoting recovery, and enhancing the client’s independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities for Support worker • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the client’s home, • Support rehabilitation programmes and therapy goals, • Assist with manual handling and mobility support, • Administer and monitor medication safely, • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and therapists, • Monitor progress and report changes in condition, • Provide emotional and psychological support to the client Support worker Essential Skills & Experience • Experience supporting individuals with spinal cord injuries and complex needs, • Support worker should have strong manual handling skills, • Experience in medication administration and monitoring (hospital/ICU background desirable), • Understanding of rehabilitation and recovery pathways, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Good IT and documentation skills, • Ability to work independently within a client’s home, • Flexible working patterns (full-time & part-time opportunities), • Competitive pay rates, • Comprehensive training including:, • Mandatory training, • Brain injury and rehabilitation training, • Medication training, • Client-specific induction, • This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life, supporting their recovery journey and helping them achieve greater independence in a supportive and professional environment.

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak with Drug and Alcohol Workers with ideally some Outreach experience, for contract positions that we have in the Kingston area of London. The positions that we have available currently are suitable for Recovery Workers/Drug and Alcohol workers with outreach experience. The role is working with homelessness and candidates sleeping rough with drug and alcohol issues. You will be working within the drop-in service when required, also carrying out holistic group work. Ideally the role will be to bolster the current Outreach provision. Within the Outreach aspect of the role you will be working in pairs, in the community and visiting local hotspots. This position is working Monday to Thursday, 09:30am to 16:30pm.
