Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer on behalf of a well-established and respected national company specialising in the manufacture, supply, and servicing of mobility products. Main Purpose of the Role To provide a professional and reliable field-based service, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and deliveries of mobility equipment at customer locations, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care at all times. Roles & Responsibilities • Service, diagnose, and repair mobility scooters and associated equipment, • Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks, • Deliver and install products for customers, • Provide a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service, • Travel to various customer locations as required, • Manage workload effectively and work independently, • Practical, hands-on skills (mechanical or electrical experience advantageous), • Strong problem-solving ability, • Good organisational skills and attention to detail, • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, • Positive, can-do attitude, • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early starts with earlier finishes, often early afternoon; hours may vary depending on schedules), • Benefits: On-site parking, company-provided equipment, ongoing training and support, overtime opportunities, supportive team environment
