The Role You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a well-led, motivated team. Working closely with the Deputy Restaurant Manager and Events Manager, you will play a key role in both daily dining and wider events.
