OurTeam Leaders play an integral role in ensuring effective service provision by creating a young person focused culture engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service. They provide leadership support and development to a wide range of staff. We have a secondment opportunity for a Alcohol TeamLeaderto join our Coventry Service. As a leader for the teamyou will work flexibly and creatively to establish what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to the service. Location: Coventry HoursFull Time:37.5 hours per week. Full Time Salary Range:35220.59 - 37184.91 Dependent on experience paid Pro Rata for part time hours *Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. About the role: • Operational line management a team of staff including supervision (with reflective practice) appraisals performance and ensure CGL and external policies are implemented., • Ensure quality of service delivery through data analyse and engage staff in service delivery., • Attend internal and external meetings with a range of different stakeholders on behalf of the management team., • To support staff to increase the number of people accessing treatment and successful completion., • Empowering staff to promote hope empowerment choices control and opportunities that assist service users reaching their full potential as individuals and community members, • Work with your team and Designated Safeguarding Lead (if not your role) to ensure that the practices within the team/service enable identification of service users children and families who are at risk. Ensure that staff are competent in the delivery of interventions that reduce risk to service users, • Support staff to improve service user outcomes through observed practice providing timely values-based feedback, • Lead on the recruitment selection and induction of staff About you: • Have a strong understanding of Alcohol use the issues surrounding it and Alcohol Detox., • Be an excellent communicator both verbal and written with good IT skills., • The ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals agencies and internal/external stakeholders., • Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills., • Understand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguards., • Seek out learning opportunities to improve and broaden your professional knowledge and skills and to contribute and oversee the learning and development of others., • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience., • Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services and delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standards., • Knowledge of current legislation surrounding safeguarding practice., • Able to lead inspire and develop a team., • 25 days holiday ( bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years service (pro rata for PT) Capped at 30 days, • Paid Wellness hour each week along with a Wellness hub and Employee Assist Programme, • Contributory pension scheme, • A great selection of benefits incl. discounts for shopping cinema holidays etc., • A friendly and supportive team, • Training career development & progression opportunities, • Refer a friend scheme and receive generous in vouchers if candidate is successful.
