Key Responsibilities: • Deputise for the Registered Manager, • Lead and support Ofsted inspections and conduct monthly Reg 44 visits, • Supervise, train, and develop staff, including performance management, • Ensure the home meets the Statement of Purpose and regulatory standards, • Maintain high standards of care planning, safeguarding, and wellbeing, • Support children’s placement and care plan reviews, • Manage budgets and resources effectively, • Promote a safe, positive living environment and community links, • Provide on-call/out-of-hours support as required Essential Requirements: • NVQ/Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards), • Experience in a Deputy Manager/Senior role in a residential children’s setting, • Experience supporting Ofsted inspections and Reg 44 visits, • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Services (or equivalent), • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C or above), • Must be over 20 years old (Ofsted requirement), • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, • Knowledge of safeguarding, Children Act & Children’s Homes Regulations, • Driving licence Benefits: 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

Residential Children’s Home Manager Location: London Boroughs Salary: up to £80,000 + bonuses + benefits We are an established and expanding provider of children’s residential care, operating multiple therapeutic children’s homes across London Boroughs. We support young people aged 11–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and complex needs, delivering high-quality, child-centred care in nurturing residential settings. We are seeking an experienced Residential Children’s Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead one of our London-based homes.
