JOB – Project Manager LOCATION – Bournemouth TERM – Permanent SALARY – £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (plus benefits) My client is a well-established Engineering and Manufacturing company that delivers bespoke solutions to a range of industries.They are looking to take on a Project Manager to oversee their projects simultaneously from initial concept through to completion at their site in Bournemouth. The Project Manager will ideally have the following attributes: • Proven experience managing multiple engineering or manufacturing projects at once, • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail, • Experience liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, • Familiarity with project management methodologies – PRINCE2 certification is desirable but not essential, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability, • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software The Project Manager role will involve: • Overseeing multiple engineering/manufacturing projects concurrently, • Managing the full project lifecycle – from proposal and design through to delivery and installation, • Dealing with suppliers to ensure materials and components are sourced on time and within budget, • Coordinating with design, production, and quality teams to meet project objectives, • Managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, • Acting as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project, • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions when needed, • Producing project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
