You know what it takes to run a busy shift and keep the energy high. \n\nCustomer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews. \n\nFinancial Responsibility: You have experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs, and managing inventory/waste to hit profitability targets. \n\nLeadership Skills: You have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
