Sales Coordinator This is an exciting opportunity to for a Sales Coordinator join a successful trading company. As Sales Coordinator you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position, preferably with the ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role. What we’re looking for: • Experience in a similar role with a focus on sales administration., • The ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role., • Exceptional organisational skills, • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and up-to-date IT skills., • Motivated with an eye for detail Key responsibilities: • Liaise with customers and internal staff as well as work independently and as part of a team, • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to plan, prepare and implement strategies to succeed., • Ensuring orders are processed/dispatched correctly and efficiently and demonstrate ownership of customers, products and problems with shipments., • Research and Marketing to identify opportunities, • Communicating with overseas customers, • Preparing tender documents and quotations, • Negotiating with suppliers and processing orders, • Organising shipments This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are extremely proud of their success and the service that they offer.
