Interaction Recruitment are partnering with a national rail industry specialist who delivers expert design, engineering, project management, construction and maintenance solutions, supporting them with their PERMANENT recruitment. \n\nAn exciting time to join the business, the client are looking for an STOCK COORDINATOR to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, to be based in DONCASTER. \n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage day-to-day operations of multiple satellite storage locations.\nReceive, inspect, record, and store incoming stock and materials.\nMaintain accurate inventory levels using inventory management systems and manual records where required.\nConduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.\nCoordinate stock transfers between sites and central warehouse locations.\nMonitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged goods, or replenishment needs.\nEnsure all storage areas are clean, organised, secure, and compliant with health and safety standards.\nPrepare and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and consumables to operational teams as required.\nAssist with loading, unloading, and movement of goods using appropriate equipment.\nMaintain records of deliveries, dispatches, transfers, and returns.\nLiaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments regarding stock movements and requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve storage efficiency and inventory processes.\nSupport audits and compliance checks as required.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\nEssential\n\nPrevious experience in a warehouse, stores, or inventory control role.\nExperience managing stock across multiple locations is desirable.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nGood attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nBasic computer skills and experience using inventory or warehouse systems.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nCurrent driver’s licence.\nDesirable\n\nForklift licence/certification.\nExperience with ERP or inventory management software.\nKnowledge of health and safety procedures within warehouse or storage environments.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to lift and move stock safely.\nComfortable working across multiple sites and storage environments.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and carry items throughout the workday.\n\nKey Attributes\n\nDependable and self-motivated.\nProblem-solving mindset.\nProactive and adaptable.\nStrong sense of accountability.\nTeam-oriented with a customer service focus\n\nInteraction Recruitment welcomes phone calls to answer any qustions regarding the role, and you can speak with the team by calling (phone number removed) or (phone number removed).\n\nTo be considered for the role, please click 'APPLY' and the relevant consultants will be in touch to chat about your application.\n\nINDSHF
