Store Operations: • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. • Oversee cash handling and banking procedures. Merchandising: • Plan and execute product displays and promotions. • Manage pricing and markdowns to maximize sales and reduce wastage. • Maintain attractive product presentation and layout. Supplier Relations: • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers. • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize product offerings. • Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues related to orders.
