While the role is primarily lender-focused, there is scope to undertake borrower work if of interest, as well as the option to have a mixed caseload of Real Estate Finance and Conveyancing depending on preference. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to work remotely while supporting a well-established and collaborative private client department. The Role This locum position offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including: • Probate and estate administration, • Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), • Trusts and care of the elderly, • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, • Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters, • Ensuring high standards of service and client care You’ll be joining a team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions with flexibility and autonomy.
