Half of your role will be hands on, supporting picking, packing, loading and courier preparation. You will also act as the key link between dispatch, production, customer service, and external delivery partners. This is a key position responsible for ensuring the site operates to the highest food safety, microbiological, and hygiene standards while leading a dedicated night shift hygiene team. The Role Working 10pm–6am on a permanent night shift, the Hygiene Manager will take ownership of nightly cleaning operations across all production areas. They will design and implement cleaning rotas, manage deep cleans, ensure compliance to BRCGS and retailer standards, and maintain a safe, hygienic environment ready for production start-up each day. This role also carries responsibility for environmental monitoring, swabbing, microbiological verification, and the effective control of hygiene chemicals, PPE, and stock.
