THE ROLE We have a new role in our growing organisation for an experienced, passionate Delegate Acquisition Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will join a team of delegate sales professionals and be responsible for registering c-level executives from the biggest UK and European corporations to our invitation-only meetings, events and summits. Core Responsibilities • Research and identify potential delegates who would benefit from attending our summits, • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to introduce the event and highlight its value, • Tailor approaches to different segments of potential delegates to maximize registration numbers and revenue, • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, • Develop and maintain relationships with past and potential delegates to ensure continued interest and attendance at future events, • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and outreach efforts, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delegate interactions, registrations, and feedback using CRM systems Requirements • A minimum of 1 years experience in B2B telephone sales (event industry preferred), • Consistency in delivering targets and meeting KPIs, • Excellent communication skills, • Outstanding ability to collaborate and work well across teams/functions, • Proven experience in events delegate sales is an advantage IN RETURN • A starting salary from £25K+ depending on previous experience, • Uncapped commissions, • Generous holiday allowance, • Some flexible working procedures in place, • A great working culture and the chance to be part of something really progressive, • Fun and dynamic work environment, where we reward performance, • An environment where your input is heard, • Long term opportunity to benefit from the success and growth of the company OUR CULTURE Our culture is our biggest asset - we really care about our mission, striving towards AI4Good.
