We're looking for an experienced Peripatetic Registered Manager to bring strong, values-led leadership across multiple homes.About the roleWorking closely with the Regional Director, you will step into services across the region to provide direction, consistency and high-quality leadership. You'll be responsible for delivering high standards of care, driving performance and ensuring each home operates in line with its Statement of Purpose.You will: Lead, manage and support services to ensure children are safe and thrivingOversee admissions, placements and outcomesDrive high standards of care planning and deliveryInspire and develop Assistant Managers and teamsBuild strong partnerships with local authorities and external agenciesEnsure compliance with Children's Home Regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIFManage staffing, rotas and budgets effectivelyPromote a culture where children's voices are heardAbout youYou're a confident, resilient leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is committed to achieving the best outcomes for children.Essential: Registered Manager or senior leadership experience in children's residential careStrong knowledge of regulations, Quality Standards and SCCIFLevel 3 qualification (or equivalent) and working towards Level 5Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needsProven ability to lead and develop teamsFull UK driving licenceWhat we offer £5,000 Welcome BonusRelocation support up to £8,000A meaningful leadership role with real impactOngoing training and developmentStrong regional leadership supportCompetitive salary and benefitsAdditional requirements Participation in an on-call rota (evenings and weekends)Flexibility to travel across the North West*Terms and conditions applyAll roles at Wilderness Way are subject to Safer Recruitment checks, including references, an enhanced DBS, and online/social media screening for successful candidates.
