The Public Services Global Practice is part of the Adoption Services Center and is is a dedicated team with the mission to deploy innovative and potentially breakthrough software solutions for high value strategic customers in the areas of Public Sector and Defence. To achieve this we collaborate closely with our customers and partners. This position is focused on our solutions for Defence & Security customers. Key activities for the role: Application-specific solution consulting: advisory business blueprint solution design build and test key user training go live support post go live support configuration execution development specification creation Support on escalated projects Feasibility studies solution reviews Support on pre-sales activities showcasing of SAP functionalities in specific client contexts Support on internal activities: creation of pre-engineered services give internal trainings / webinars etc. Occasionally taking responsibility of workstream / team lead role on a project What you bring: 7 year working experience as a business process consultant or solution architect Good Knowledge of SAP Defence & Security solution. As a Partner Services Manager you will be responsible for the comprehensive end-to-end management of key GSSP relationshipsserving as an ambassador for both SAP to the Partner and the Partner to SAP. What youll bring • Track record in driving partner value creation revenue and customer success., • Expertise in governance stakeholder management and orchestrating relationships across complex ecosystems., • Over ten years in partner-facing roles (such as enterprise software sales enablement consulting) with preference for SAP partnership experience and a bachelors degree or equivalent., • Strong leadership skills in business development demand generation and sales enablement., • Excellent executive communication presentation and analytical skills., • High energy innovative collaborative and able to drive best practices with both autonomy and teamwork., • Executive presence and advanced relationship-building abilities., • Strategic thinker with creativity strong project management and commercial skills (especially in subscription/cloud models)., • Strong grasp of SAPs ecosystem strategy partner programs commercial and cloud models., • Expertise with SAPs solution portfolio Customer Value Journey and cross-functional resources., • Ability to build networks and navigate SAPs processes tools and systems to support partner and customer success.
