Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead solution design, technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across complex Salesforce programmes. This is a senior hands-on role involving business analysis, architecture input, technical oversight, and coordination of developers and functional consultants to ensure high-quality Salesforce outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to clarify goals, define requirements, and translate outcomes into functional and technical deliverables., • Own solution design and contribute to architecture discussions, including object models, automation, and data structures., • Design, develop, and re-engineer Salesforce applications including UI, business logic, integrations, and data models., • Oversee Salesforce deployments, customizations, and configurations aligned to platform best practices., • Provide technical leadership to development teams across LWC, Apex, triggers, batch processes, and flows., • Engage with customers to maintain strong relationships, ensure delivery quality, and manage expectations., • Support functional design, story elaboration, and backlog grooming as part of Agile delivery., • Manage project stakeholders, risks, resources, and technical issues through to resolution., • Provide training, enablement, and documentation for end users and internal contributors.Key Skills, • 10–15+ years of Salesforce consulting and delivery experience (technical and functional)., • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including object model, security, automation, and API interactions., • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers., • Ability to translate business needs into scalable solution designs and estimates., • Strong communication skills with proven client-facing confidence., • Experience delivering on large or complex Salesforce programmes.
