You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Google., • Grow customer base on both the Workplace Scheduler and On Demand., • Conduct outbound calls daily to prospective clients., • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using the BOX SOS CRM system., • Research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies., • Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness., • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns., • Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance., • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers. Qualifications: • At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support., • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms., • Familiarity with using Google for prospect research., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments., • Proficient in social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.)., • A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. The Team The Dispute Resolution Department is a heavyweight litigation practice comprising: • 12 Partners, • Consultant, Legal Directors & Counsel, • Commercial litigation, • Intellectual property, • Insolvency, • Asset and debt recovery, • Commercial & residential property disputes Key responsibilities include: • Complex diary and inbox management, ensuring seamless scheduling, • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service, • Drafting, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence, • Managing physical and electronic client files, • Supporting case management and preparing documentation for hearings, • Coordinating travel, events and engagements, • Assisting with billing, time recording and invoice processing, • Supporting marketing activity, bids and website updates, • Handling highly confidential board-level and insurance documentation, • You’ll be trusted with sensitive information and expected to operate with absolute discretion at all times. You will have: • Proven experience as a Legal PA within a litigation/disputes team, • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, • A calm, professional telephone manner, • The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, • Strong proofreading, spelling and written communication skills, • Fast and accurate typing (minimum 65 wpm), • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom), • Experience with SOS Connect, BigHand/Diktamen, Nuance/Kofax or iManage would be advantageous (training provided). A top Mid Tier Law Firm based in the City has a busy and exciting role in Legal Private Client team with a specialist focus on Tax and Estate Planning. This role will be offered on an initial 8 month FTC with the potential to go permanent. Main Responsibilities: As a Legal PA, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to a minimum of 6 fee earners in the Tax & Estate Planning team. Where necessary, you will also be required to provide additional support to secretarial and fee earner staff within the department/wider firm. You also will be one of a team of people who organise travel arrangements (air/train tickets) for fee earners in the firm. · Responsible for ensuring that all typing is completed within the required time frames. · Responsible for ensuring that client files are maintained and up to date at all times, including the opening and closing of client matters, and filing of relevant documentation. · Obtaining billing guides and preparing draft bills (with fee earner input). · Responsible for the creation and maintenance of new clients’ records on SOS. · Managing queries from clients and others to assist the fee earners. · Managing fee earner’s diaries on a daily basis, including organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, arranging lunches etc. · Organising file reviews for the department and working with Risk & Compliance to ensure deadlines are met. · Assisting fee earners in arranging and booking various training courses by completing training requests, booking individuals on courses, requesting payment from Accounts etc. · Supporting the wider team by assisting in any overflow of outstanding PA work. · Other tasks commensurate with the post as required. Skills and Experience · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Able to prioritise workloads and work on own initiative. · Excellent organisational and administrative skills. · High level of attention to detail and organisational skills. · Fast accurate typing with excellent grammar and spelling. · Proficient in Microsoft office applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. · Previous experience as a legal secretary within private client is preferred and experience of supporting 5+ fee earners in a busy environment is desirable. · Formal secretarial training e.g. ILEX is desirable, but not essential. Person Specification · Ability to prioritise work effectively when under pressure and deal with competing workloads. · Ability to work without supervision and use own initiative to ensure tasks are completed. · Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. · Professional and flexible in approach to both work and colleagues. · Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels across the firm · Formal secretarial training is desirable but not essential. · The normal working hours for this role are 9.30- am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday but candidates should be prepared to work outside contractual hours as and when required.
