WEYBROOK PARK GOLF CLUB ASSISTANT CLUBHOUSE MANAGER Weybrook Park Golf Club is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Clubhouse Manager to join the team and help deliver an outstanding clubhouse and food & beverage experience for members and guests. Were looking for a hands-on, customer-focused hospitality professional to support the day-to-day operation, lead by example, and help drive sales and service standards. Key Responsibilities: Deputise for the Clubhouse Manager as required, including attending weekly meetings with the General Manager Work closely with the Clubhouse Manager, Head Chef, and Sales & Events Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and support staff training Support sales and profitability initiatives and help protect and enhance the Weybrook Park reputation Manage cellar standards (hygiene and safety), line cleaning and stock takes Complete daily till/cash reconciliations and support weekly reconciliation with the Clubhouse Manager and accounts Carry out regular checks of bar and clubhouse equipment and ensure items are maintained in good order Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the clubhouse, including weekly fire testing and record keeping Act as a key holder and liaise with the clubhouse security company when appropriate Support pricing checks to ensure supplier increases are reflected accurately Help coordinate daily briefs, upcoming events and function sheets (including BRS/event sheets) Support planning and delivery of functions, parties and events from the outset and help run events on the day What were looking for Experience in a hospitality, clubhouse, bar or food & beverage environment (supervisory or duty management experience preferred) Strong customer service focus with the confidence to lead, coach and support a team Good understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage cash handling and stock processes Calm, flexible and reliable, with a hands-on approach during busy periods and events What we offer A varied role in a friendly team environment Opportunities to develop your skills across service, events and operations Supportive management and training Remuneration Package Guide: Basic Salary: £32-34k depending on experience + Bonus scheme, staff rewards, Discounted f ood & On-site parking Application Process: If you are a passionate and accomplished golf professional ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
