Store Operations: • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. • Oversee cash handling and banking procedures. Merchandising: • Plan and execute product displays and promotions. • Manage pricing and markdowns to maximize sales and reduce wastage. • Maintain attractive product presentation and layout. To cook for our residents a freshly cooked meal on a daily basis. Meals are booked in advance so our cook will know in advance what meals are required. Ordering stock for the following weeks menu which will be authorised by the Manager. Planning menus and supervision of kitchen assistants.
