Confidence dealing with a range of sensitive and complex circumstances in an empathetic and professional manner. Strong organisational and communication skills. Independent, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confidence in managing financial procedures, ICT systems, and packages. Knowledge and understanding of GDPR and Freedom of Information. The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across teams.
