Are you passionate about supporting learners to thrive both personally and academically We are seeking a dedicatedWellbeing Coachto join our Wellbeing Inclusion Safeguarding and Prevent team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students by providing tailored wellbeing support and guidance. Youll work closely with curriculum teams and support services to help learners overcome barriers improve attendance and achieve their goals. Whether through one-to-one coaching group interventions or managing wellbeing action plans your role will be central to fostering a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment. Actual Salary: 16985.99 - 17835.04per annum Working Pattern: • 24 hours a week, • Tuesday - Thursday Essential Criteria • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English, • Experience working with learners in a teaching tutoring mentoring or coaching capacity, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability to manage and support learners individually and in groups, • Provide wellbeing support via the Wellbeing Centre and learner management systems (e.g. CPOMS ProSuite), • Manage and respond to learner concerns offering short/medium term interventions, • Set and review SMART targets and wellbeing action plans, • Liaise with curriculum teams tutors and external professionals to support learner success, • Monitor attendance and behaviour providing targeted interventions, • Support learners with personal development employability skills and career planning, • Contribute to safeguarding Prevent and inclusion initiatives, • Staff the Wellbeing Centre and participate in enrichment activities and educational visits, • Competitive salary, • 30Bookable pro rata annual leave days bank holidays and 2 weeks off at Christmas., • Professional development opportunities., • Access to same-day GP appointments high street discounts discounted hair and beauty treatments electric car scheme., • On-site gym & florist (site dependent).
