What you’ll be doing: • Driving compliance: Support leadership and site teams to apply SHE standards and meet all regulatory requirements., • Upskilling teams: Deliver practical training and coaching so environmental awareness becomes everyday practice., • Owning reporting: Produce timely environmental data and insights that influence decisions and improvement plans., • Engaging the supply chain: Review contractor documentation, check compliance, and raise performance expectations., • Strengthening assurance: Participate in audits, close out findings, and embed lessons learned., • Investigating issues: Support incident investigations and help prevent repeat events with clear, actionable insights.
