The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources. The Registered Nurse will work within an exciting, fast-paced environment The RN will work collaboratively with a great team in this 32-bed unit with a complex patient population to include renal, cardiac, neuro, bariatric, critical strokes, multi-system failure, and overflow for ONS. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Minimum 1 year of RN experience is required.
