Location: Watford (Covering London & the M25 Corridor) Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 DOE + 33 Days Holiday + Vehicle Package Are you an experienced Water Hygiene Technician looking to join a company that genuinely values its employees, invests in their development and offers clear opportunities for career progression? Due to continued growth and a number of exciting contract wins, they're looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Water Hygiene Technician. Covering London and the M25 Corridor, you'll work across a varied portfolio of healthcare and commercial sites, carrying out a range of Water Hygiene and Water Services duties while delivering a professional service to clients. Key Responsibilities • Temperature monitoring, • Water sampling, • Closed system testing and analysis, • Cooling tower testing, • On-site water analysis using test kits, • General Water Hygiene compliance works, • Producing accurate reports and compliance documentation, • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, • Ensuring all works are carried out in line with ACOP L8, HSG274 and current industry standards To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: • Previous experience as a Water Hygiene Technician, • A good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance, • Experience carrying out a range of Water Hygiene compliance duties, • Experience with closed system testing and cooling tower testing would be advantageous, • A full UK Driving Licence Experience working within healthcare environments would be highly desirable, particularly knowledge of HTM 04-01. However, experienced Water Hygiene Technicians from commercial backgrounds who are keen to expand their knowledge within healthcare are also encouraged to apply. Supervisory or team-leading experience would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
