We're looking for a Deputy Manager who thrives in a hands-on leadership role, supports their team with confidence, and helps drive a busy, dynamic operation forward. The Role As Deputy Manager , you'll work closely with the General Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the venue. You'll take ownership across all areas of service—ensuring the bar, kitchen, and floor work seamlessly together to deliver a consistently high standard experience. You'll be a visible leader on shift, supporting and motivating the team, stepping in where needed, and ensuring service runs smoothly even at its busiest. From guest interactions to team coaching, you'll help create a positive, high-energy environment where standards and morale stay high. You'll also play a key role behind the scenes—supporting rotas, performance management, training, and operational planning to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
