We specialise in Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Palliative care for 72-residents. You will work, learn and be led by a team of outstanding Nurses who will support you.As Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in leading our care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, and creating a warm, supportive environment. You’ll coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for the performance of your team during each shift. What We’re Looking For • Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.
