Are you a natural deal-maker who thrives on building relationships and winning new business? We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to take ownership of Scotland for a leading manufacturer of heavy equipment and crushing & screening solutions – a brand that’s trusted by the quarrying, mining and recycling sectors. What’s the role? You’ll be the go-to person for customers across Scotland – from major quarry operators to recycling facilities and equipment hire companies. Your job is simple: grow the territory. You’ll be selling a proven range of crushing & screening machinery, along with the parts, spares and wear components that keep operations running. Expect to: • Spot new opportunities and convert them into long-term relationships., • Work with customers to solve problems and offer the right kit for their needs., • Manage your own diary, get out on site, and stay close to the action. What we’re looking for • Sales experience in capital equipment or parts/spares – ideally into quarrying, mining, recycling or construction., • Someone who loves autonomy but knows how to close deals and grow accounts., • Strong commercial instincts and the confidence to talk technical when needed., • A self-starter who’s happy travelling Scotland and making things happen.
