Supported Living Manager (Learning Disabilities / Autism) Location: Bath & Keynsham (BA2 & BS31) Salary: £37,151 per annum Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week + participation in the on-call rota Training Provided: Opportunity to complete NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 5 Driving: Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Lead Supported Living services in Bath & Keynsham for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. About the role Are you an experienced manager ready to make a real difference? We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Supported Living Manager to oversee two CQC‑regulated services in Keynsham and Bath, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live their lives their way. You’ll work alongside an Operations Manager, local authorities, and external practitioners to maintain compliance, improve quality, and deliver consistent, person‑centred support. Key responsibilities Inspire and lead teams to deliver consistent, person‑centred care that promotes independence. Develop robust support plans, using a range of communication aids for adults who may not use words. Coach and develop staff, supporting their learning and confidence through effective training. Ensure compliance with CQC, local authority, and organisational standards. Maintain efficient rotas and structures to uphold safe, high‑quality support. Work flexibly, participating in the on‑call rota and travelling to neighbouring services as required. About you You’re a confident and motivated leader who thrives on building strong teams and improving outcomes for adults with additional needs. What you’ll bring: Experience managing teams within Supported Living or Social Care. Understanding of Learning Disabilities, Autism, and person‑centred support planning. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with CQC standards and quality frameworks. Experience using compliance or reporting IT systems (desirable).
