Technical Service Supervisor (Forklift Trucks) £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Van + Training + Progression + 25 Days Holiday Cumbernauld Are you a Service Supervisor, Co-Ordinator, Controller or similar from a Forklift Truck, Plant or Materials handling background looking for a challenging role, leading technical support and service function for a small, independent business? Maybe you are an Engineer, looking for an off-the-tools role where you can use your technical expertise to liaise with clients, customers and engineers? On offer is a Monday - Friday, office-based role that offers training and progression through the service co-ordination and managerial pipeline. You'll be working for a family run business that value work-life balance and value their staff through further progression opportunities. In this role you will be handling a small team of engineers and dealing with their technical enquiries, sorting and selecting spare parts and manage service contracts. Liaising between customers and engineers, you'll be the first point of contact for any reactive and pre-planned works. This role would suit a Service Supervisor or similar, or an Engineer looking to come off the tools, from a Forklift or similar background looking for an office-based position playing a key part in a family run business that value work-life balance. Search Recruitment are seeking experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to work with our well established client in Alloa. Start date 20th April. Your main duties include: Driving a counterbalance forklift truck. You are required to have a high degree of attention to detail to the products that are being handled. Excellent attendance, performance & timekeeping is essential to secure a position. To work with and support all members of your team. To communicate relevant information to colleagues. To work in a safe manner, never placing yourself or another employee in danger. To report immediately any equipment that may not be fit for purpose. An up to date counterbalance RTITB licence is essential for this role. Working Hours: Dayshift - 6.00am - 6.00pm Nightshift - 6.00pm - 6.00am 4 on 4 off shift rotation on 24/7 basis Flexibility is also required to cover additional overtime shifts as required by our client. Initially temporary contract for around 8 weeks however may be extended. £15.00 per hour. Weekly pay.
