Locking in your client for the year helping them build a hair journey. You will: • Connect with potential clients, • Ask about and answer their healthy hair concerns, • Explain our Silky Yearly Membership, • Walk them through what’s included, • Seal the membership sign-up (I will be the one sending the Cherry link directly to the client) Every membership you close becomes your client for the entire year, which keeps your books full and secures your income. You earn $100 for every membership you successfully close. Position Overview Silky NYC is seeking highly skilled Hair Stylists and Hair Weavers experienced in: • Extensions: K-Tips, Tape-Ins, and traditional leave-out installs, • Wig installs, closures, and frontals (bleaching knots, plucking, full customization), • Natural hair styling, Wash & Go’s, and 4C texture care, • Precision cuts and color services, • Sleek ponytails and custom styling, • Loc maintenance, retwists, and starter locs (Loctician services), • Versatile styling for a diverse NYC clientele We are also seeking a lash technician for on-call appointments. Silky NYC operates multiple locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Stylists must be willing to travel between sites and remain on-call. Job Details On-Call Basis: You will be notified 2–3 hours before each confirmed appointment. Availability: Minimum 5–6 days per week for potential bookings.
