Job Summary: The LHCSA Field Registered Nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality and compassionate healthcare services to patients in their homes. This position involves conducting assessments, administering skilled nursing care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
