Detailing and washing a yacht involves thoroughly cleaning and polishing the exterior and interior surfaces of the yacht to maintain its appearance and protect it from damage caused by salt, sun, and other elements. This job is gonna be layed back and will have the best boss EVER!!! This process of a day can include the following steps:
  1. Washing the exterior: The first step is to wash the exterior of the yacht with a gentle soap and water solution. This will remove any dirt, salt, and grime that has accumulated on the surface.

2.Polishing and waxing: Once the yacht is clean and dry, a specialized marine wax can be applied to protect the surface and give it a glossy finish. This should be done at least once a year to maintain the shibne and protect the yacht from the elements.
3.Cleaning the deck: The deck of the yacht should also be thoroughly cleaned, including any teak or wood surfaces. A mild soap and water solution can be used, followed by a teak cleaner and brightener if needed.(IF CLIENT ASKS)

  1. Cleaning the interior: The interior of the yacht should also be cleaned thoroughly, including all surfaces, windows, and upholstery. Specialized cleaners may be used for different materials, such as leather or fabric.
  2. Detailing: Detailing involves going over every inch of the yacht to ensure that it is clean and free of any spots or stains. This may include using a toothbrush or other small tools to clean hard-to-reach areas.
  3. Engine room and bilge cleaning: It is important to also clean the engine room and bilge of the yacht, as these areas can become dirty and greasy. A degreaser may be used to remove any buildup, followed by a thorough rinse. (IF OWNER WANTS IT)
  4. Upholstery and carpet cleaning: The upholstery and carpets on a yacht can easily become stained and dirty. Specialized cleaners may be used to remove any stains and restore the appearance of these surfaces.
  5. Metal polishing: Any metal surfaces on the yacht, such as railings, cleats, and fixtures, should be polished to remove any tarnish and restore their shine.
  6. Final rinse and dry: Once all surfaces have been cleanrrlrred and polished, a final rinse and dry should be done to remove any remaining soap or product residue.

By regularly detailing and washing a yacht, owners can keep their vessel looking its best and protect it from damage caused by the harsh marine environment.5tt
