As a Recruiter, you are responsible for partnering with General Managers to fulfill their hiring needs, identify and engage top talent, and develop effective recruitment strategies This role manages the full recruitment cycle from initial recruitment through offer acceptance and maintains positive, ongoing support with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where your work is felt every day in the business results, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities • Build deep partnerships with General Managers to understand their talent needs, office dynamics, and what separates top-performing agents from the rest., • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent, including research-driven outreach and use of platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards., • Create and review job descriptions, manage intake meetings, and build targeted candidate pipelines., • Guide General Managers and interviewers through the interview and selection process, offering recommendations and market insights to ensure consistency, speed, and quality of hire., • Accurately track candidate data and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)., • Navigate a high-volume pipeline while ensuring that each candidate receives prompt, equitable, and high-touch communication., • Own the offer process, from preparation to negotiation to acceptance, ensuring a smooth transition into Preboarding.Qualifications, • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience in high volume, fast paced environments., • Experience hiring for 1099 and commission-only roles., • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (or similar ATS), job boards, and GSuite., • Strong proficiency in sourcing, including passive outreach and research-based strategies., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust., • Track record of managing competing priorities with tight deadlines while maintaining precision., • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plusPhysical Requirements, • Physical Requirements, • Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment (phone, printer, scanner, etc.), • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, co-workers, and hiring managers, • Travel up to 30% of the timeBenefits & Perks, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • Short-term disability and supplemental coverage options, • 401(k) with employer match
