Due to our rapid growth we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
