Job DescriptionOur client is a leading global provider of Telecommunications software and managed services across VAS, Mobile Money / Fintech, BSS, Loyalty, CX, and Martech solutions - many of which are now infused with AI technologies.The client is around 3000 people strong and is owned by a large Global Systems Integrator that has an excellent pedigree in the Telecoms space.They are aggressively expanding their portfolio concerning Martech and BSS, having made strategic acquisitions, and are looking to take their BSS and Martech solutions to market in North America.We are therefore looking for someone with a solid track record of selling complex Telecoms BSS, CX, or Martech solutions to Service Providers in North America. Ideally, the person would have moved into a sales role from a presales background (this is not mandatory). We are also happy to consider candidates working as Client Partners in the Telecoms space for the likes of Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture, Atos, IBM, Cognizant, TSC etc).Please ignore the salary listed - it is flexible depending on the candidate

Payrate: $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Summary: This role oversees all aspects of payroll and time/attendance systems which ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness for payroll operations adherence to compliance, controls and third- party vendors (Accenture) and various other vendors. This role is evaluated on performance with customer level performance metrics, ensuring service level agreements are in line with the Human Resources Service Delivery principles. Overseas related controls, process improvements, system upgrades, projects and year-end closing including internal and external auditors. An orientation towards problem solving, managing priorities, in depth knowledge of payroll operations and time management, exhibiting a sense of urgency are critical attributes needed in this role. Responsibilities: Serve as the Payroll operations wage and hour analyst spanning over all payroll companies within the organization. Participate in analysis, communication, testing to outsourced vendors and internal functions to deliver accurate and timely payrolls. Work with internal and external departments to identify gaps, deliver compliance, demonstrate best practices, outsourced suppliers and systems. Implement payroll process updates to drive change. Work with functional partners for testing and implementing solutions to achieve business goals. Provide support to employees and teams to improve overall customer service and effectiveness. Work with functions and outsourced vendors to support projects, initiatives, fiscal and year-end requirements. Conduct operational analysis and audits to resolve issues in a proactive and positive environment, promoting trust among the customers, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to garnishments, tax notices, employee wage verifications, return checks and other payroll related documentation. Requirements: An orientation towards problem solving, managing priorities, in depth knowledge of payroll operations and time management, exhibiting a sense of urgency are critical attributes needed in this Advanced knowledge of time and attendance, garnishments, complexity within gross to net calculations, payroll taxes, general ledger and their impact on the financials. Drive and develop recommendations and managing improvement initiatives across end-to-end payroll including time and attendance, garnishments, FLSA and policy. Active role in special payroll processes which include planning, development and analysis for special payrolls (off-cycles, bonuses, long-term incentive payouts, annual merit increases). Responsible for service and customer service metrics for payroll including performance management to support operating model. Support tiered support model (Tier 2, Tier3) for payroll delivery including customer service and on-going maintenance. Subject matter expert for payroll operational issues. Ability to navigate effectively in a highly matrixed organization with multiple deadlines and projects. Interact with all levels of employees, tax agencies, outsourced vendors in an effective manner. Ability to work independently and part of a team to develop and implement solutions, after diagnosing issues serving as subject matter expert. Oversee all aspects outsourced vendor, third-party supplier groups. Advanced Payroll operational knowledge to ensure payroll accuracy, time/attendance, garnishments and tax compliance related to accountability for driving supplier’s overall performance, continuous improvements, and corporate initiatives, tax updates, set-ups, system enhancements Qualifications: CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and administration. Advanced multi-state payroll, multi-pay cycle processing, payroll tax and accounting skills experience 2+ years payroll experience in a large, multi-state manufacturing environment preferred ADP Services preferred Workday (Payroll) experience, preferred Kronos Time/Attendance preferred Larger payroll platform experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
