This role is the senior lead for our location., • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field combined with a minimum 10 years of progressive project leadership experience, • MBA or advanced degrees preferred, • Ideal candidate has 10+ years of senior level leadership experience within the renewable, sector, with a demonstrated and established network of contacts, • 10-15 years of utility project leadership experience within the Solar and Wind sector is preferred, • Stronger candidates will have 15-20+ years of progressive leadership experience, • Experienced in establishing and managing relationships with senior client stakeholders, • Possess strong sales and client relationship development experience, • Must be able to coordinate work scope with multiple internal & external work groups or contractors, • Deep knowledge of OSHA and utility safety policies, • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, • Possess strong analytical ability, • Extensive knowledge of Solar and Wind Project Management and Construction Management concepts and principles, • Experienced administering and managing a portfolio of large dollar projects as well as hiring and assembling the technical and management resources to perform the work, • Microsoft Project and/or P6We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
