This position manages front desk operations, supports office workflows, and assists administrative, escrow, and title staff to ensure smooth daytoday operations.Essential Job Duties- • Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner, • Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages as needed, • Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area, • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and packages, • Provide administrative support (copying, scanning, filing, document preparation, etc.), • Assist with scheduling conference rooms and preparing meeting spaces, • Monitor and replenish office supplies, • Support onboarding procedures for guests and vendors, • Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion, • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, • Experience in real estate, escrow, or title services is a plus, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • High level of professionalism and customer service mindset, • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Dependable, positive attitude, and polished demeanor Pay Equity StatementIn accordance with Oregon’s Pay Equity Act, compensation is determined by the hiring party and is evaluated against compensation for similar positions within the organization.
