PURPOSE The barback is responsible for keeping their assigned area clean and well stocked, working in conjunction with the bartender and providing fast, effective and accurate bar and bar related services. Responsibilities: • Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages in a timely fashion., • Produce the needed beverages for the service well., • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar., • Keep accurate and updated tabs for guests throughout the shift., • Memorize house cocktail recipes and specs., • Maintain bar prep and stock throughout shift., • Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.Qualifications:, • Previous experience as a bartender, • Ability to shake, stir and properly strain different types of cocktails., • Able to maintain quality and speed at peak volume hours., • Great knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer with a interest in learning about German food/beverage culture., • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time, • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs, • Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor, • Ability to multitask efficientlyBenefits:, • Both part-time and full-time positions available, with schedule flexibility., • Closed for major holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day., • Healthcare benefits including dental and vision for full time employees working 30 hours or more., • Opportunity to work with an expanding hospitality company with many avenues for growth., • Educational classes from Seller meetings to Spirits education.
